A guided group past life regression session in a calm, safe setting. You’ll be gently led into deep relaxation to explore subconscious memories, emotions, and possible past life impressions for insight, healing, and greater self-understanding. No experience needed.

Please feel free to bring a pen and paper, blankets and cushions although these are also provided at the centre.
